I am looking to find a good home for a pair of cats I have been fostering. I took in the female (tortoiseshell & white) in order to get her spayed before finding her a new home. I took in the male (black) in order to find them a home together.

I am only charging what I have spent to get them ready for adoption. So, it will be $67 for both of them (or $47 for the female and $20 for the male). I did not pay anything to get them fixed, because the spay for the female was free and the male was already fixed when I got him. The female received her rabies and distemper shots on 11/4/08 when she was spayed. I have the records for her showing her spay date and shot dates. The previous owner told me that the male was current on his shots, but I do not have records for him. They came to me with ear mites, so part of what I spent was to treat them both for the ear mites. Both cats have received two doses of Revolution (the first in November and the second in December) and should be mite free. If you plan to take them to your vet for an initial exam, he/she would be able to check to make sure they are gone and give another dose of Revolution if they are not. I think it's about $10-12 per dose.

The SPCA estimated the female at about 1 1/2 years old and the male should be about the same. They are very easygoing and seem to get along well with kids, cats, and dogs. They jump at the chance to get attention and will be wonderful "lap cats" in their new home. They are currently living in my heated garage and don't get nearly the attention they want and deserve. Please email me at neolynn@hotmail.com if you are interested in giving these beautiful and loving cats a lifelong home (together?). I am willing to do a trial period of 2-4 weeks to ensure it is a good fit for everyone involved.
